Welcome to Appliance Pro Repairs!

CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION

30-day labor warranty. 90-day warranty on installed parts. No guarantee of damage caused by external problems or interference by another company/person. No warranty on fuses, filters, access valves, or moving units, and we are not responsible for the loss of food. I hereby authorize repairs and agree to pay the total amount upon completion of the job. If I cancel within 1 business day of the dated invoice, I understand and agree to pay a 35% restocking fee of the total service cost. This invoice is agreed upon and acknowledged. Payment is due upon receipt. A service fee of $45.00 will be charged for any returned checks, and a financing charge of 3% per month shall be applied for any overdue amounts.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I find and agree that all work performed by Appliance Pro Repair LLC has been completed in a satisfactory and professional manner. Our technicians are trained to be as careful as possible when moving appliances to perform the service requested by our customers. However, we are not responsible for damage to appliances, floors, or surrounding woodwork, and water damage, fires, etc. If, upon further analysis, additional repairs are found necessary, the customer will be requested authorization of any additional charges. I have been given the opportunity to address concerns and/or discrepancies in the work provided. I either have no such concerns or have found no discrepancies, or they have already been addressed to my satisfaction. My signature here signifies my full and final acceptance of all work performed by the technician.
